engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them
carefully before proceeding with any bookings or transactions.

Catch My Holidays provides travel-related services, including but not limited to:

- Customised travel experiences and senior-friendly trips
All bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and adherence to the respective service provider’s
policies.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified by your assigned
Relationship Manager or on our website.
- All payments must be made through authorised and secure payment channels (bank transfer, UPI, or online
payment gateway).
- By making a payment, you agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations,
government taxes, or supplier revisions.
4. Traveller Responsibilities
By booking with Catch My Holidays, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years or older and legally competent to enter into a binding contract.
- All personal and travel details provided are accurate and complete.
- You possess valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance, etc.).
- You comply with all immigration, customs, and health regulations of the destination country.
- You understand that travel involves inherent risks and agree to take responsibility for your safety and
belongings.
5. Pricing & Inclusions
Package prices generally include:
- Accommodation and meals (as mentioned in the itinerary)
- Transportation and transfers
- Sightseeing and guided tours (if specified)
Exclusions (unless stated otherwise):
- Flight tickets, visa fees, and travel insurance
- Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, tips, etc.)
- Early check-in or late check-out at hotels
- Additional excursions not listed in the itinerary
6. Refund & Cancellation
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the stipulated timelines and through the original payment
method only.
7. Modifications & Amendments
- Changes to travel dates, passenger names, or itinerary are subject to availability and applicable fees.
- Amendments after ticketing or hotel confirmation may incur additional costs as per supplier terms.
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes,
operational issues, etc.) without prior notice.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or severe weather
- Political unrest, wars, strikes, or government restrictions
- Airline or hotel operational failures
In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule, issue credits, or provide suitable alternatives.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- Catch My Holidays acts as a travel facilitator and does not own or control airlines, hotels, or
transport providers.
- We are not responsible for service lapses, delays, or damages caused by third-party vendors.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific booking.
- We are not responsible for loss, injury, or property damage arising out of travel activities, including
theft, accidents, or negligence by external parties.
10. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies,
baggage loss, and unforeseen events.
For international tours, travel insurance may be mandatory as per destination regulations.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, images, text, designs, and digital assets, is the exclusive property of
Catch My Holidays.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with the Digital Personal Data
Protection Act, 2023.

13. Termination of Services
- We may cancel or refuse a booking if false information is provided.
- Bookings may be cancelled in cases of payment disputes or fraud.
- We reserve the right to deny service to travellers behaving abusively or violating policies.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law.
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms &
Conditions, along with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
