1. General Terms

At Catch My Holidays, we truly value your trust and understand that sometimes travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and elder-friendly, while also maintaining our commitments with hotels, airlines, and service partners.

2. Cancellation by Traveller

If you wish to cancel your booking, please send a written request to your assigned Relationship Manager or email us at support@catchmyholidays.com.

Cancellation charges will apply as per the below schedule (calculated from the date of travel):

Cancellation Period Charges Applicable
45 days or more before travel ₹5,000 per person (processing fee)
30–44 days before travel 25% of the total package cost
15–29 days before travel 50% of the total package cost
07–14 days before travel 75% of the total package cost
Less than 7 days before travel or No Show 100% of total package cost (Non-Refundable)

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after receiving the cancellation request.

3. Cancellation by Catch My Holidays

In rare cases where a tour or service is cancelled by Catch My Holidays due to operational reasons, low participation, government restrictions, or unforeseen events:

Flight tickets, train tickets, visa fees, and insurance are non-refundable once issued. Any refund for such services will strictly depend on the airline or supplier’s policy.

Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit card, etc.).

If payment was made through an agent or third party, the refund will be routed through the same channel.

Date changes, name corrections, or itinerary modifications will attract a nominal service charge plus any applicable supplier fee. All amendments are subject to availability and partner approval.
